Meet the Artist

Dublin has lived in the Historic Kenwood District of St. Petersburg, FL, since 2013. She works in a wide range of visual arts to include watercolor (both studio and en plein air), acrylics, ink and wash, charcoal, graphite, and conte crayons, colored pencil, pastel, linocut printing and craft art such as wood burning. She also works with digital arts, having designed an award winning book cover in addition to designing logos and food truck wraps.

Dublin holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies with a minor in Studio Art, with concentrations in Film and Digital Photography, Printmaking and Ceramics, from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington. She also holds an A.A. in Drafting Technologies from Indian River State (Community) College in Fort Pierce, Florida. She has an extensive professional background drafting plots, plats, residential structures, cabinets, aircraft wiring systems, 5G cell service routing using both manual and digital drafting methods (AutoCAD and CATIA) as well as GIS (ArcGIS and QGIS).

Dublin’s artistic passions include being the admin of the Urban Sketchers St. Petersburg, FL Facebook page and getting out with the community to sketch St. Pete and the surrounding areas. When you are visiting St. Petersburg, or are down for the winter, make time to meet up with Dublin and the local area sketchers and do some urban sketching!
