It’s been awhile since I have done a commissioned piece and I am so grateful for having one this year. My friend, Linda, absolutely loves flamingos and asked me to complete a flamingo painting for her. This 16×20 watercolor, Standing Still, includes layers of rice paper with matte medium for texture. It looks fabulous in-person and I am purposely using a lesser-quality photo due to the amount of image theft on the internet.
